The Pole Syllabus 🌟
I wanted to make a resource that would help students and instructors see the plethora of tricks that we have in our fabulous discipline. Somewhere that they can learn a breakdown of the teaching points, visually see how to safely enter and exit the trick and learn tips on how to make it easier to learn or teach.
I wanted to give people ideas on drills as they're such an important part of our training but can also be boring. Variety is key to keeping things interesting!
