We’re excited to be hosting our next Bilates social on Sunday 19th July at Fire and Ice, Westbury 🔥❄️

Join us for a private hour of saunas, ice baths and natural pools to unwind and spend some time together outside of the studio 🧘🏻‍♀️

Whether you’re an OG or you’ve recently joined us, we’d love for you to come along and get to know you some more!

Who said rugby players can’t be Pilates princesses too 😉🧘🏻‍♂️✨

Had the pleasure of teaching the senior Cleave rugby team their first Reformer class this week! Safe to say there were plenty of laughs and some very strong first-timers! We even coordinated our outfits to match the studio 🤩

I’ve noticed more and more men joining our classes recently, which is fantastic to see. Reformer Pilates isn’t just for one type of person, truly everyone can benefit from it!

Hopefully see you back on the reformers soon! 🙌

We celebrated 2 birthdays and 2 members hitting 100 classes! Bilates was featured in a magazine and we introduced an off peak membership to make Pilates even more affordable! 🧘🏻‍♀️
