Hi - This is an exercise class for men over 40 who would like to improve their fitness and health. A dynamic, efficient work out using small-sided games, circuits, body resistance, non-contact rugby practises in a team atmosphere. All fitness levels welcome as all exercises will be tiered to suit fitness requirements. There is a free taster session at Keynsham Rugby Club on Saturday 14th July 10-11am.
