Try this for a fat burning workout
Adams HIIT circuit
πŸ’₯ 30 seconds battle ropes
πŸ’₯30 seconds treadmill sprints
πŸ’₯30 seconds squat jumps onto a step
πŸ’₯ 30 seconds hitting the wall with a medicine ball.

Repeat this with 10 seconds rest in between for 12 mins you should feel battered πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜πŸ’ͺ
