Excited to have new gloves and pads delivered this week thanks to Sucker Punch Boxing Ltd. Ready for our boxing class on Tuesday nights at 1800.

My breakfast this morning
💥 good fats and Protein
💪 3 whole eggs
💪 2 small frying steaks
💪 cooked in coconut oil
💪 1 small teaspoon of mustard
