I can walk 🎉
Today’s physio appt was brutal but I did ask him to help me improve my walking as I’m limping & it feels unstable. My goal is no limping by the end of the week.
I am allowed to start practicing Zumba moves, just no jumping (so no Jack & Rose) or running yet.
I’m told I’m at a critical stage in my recovery, one wrong move or over exertion & I risk re-tearing.
The bruising is a lot better.
I really miss seeing you all & can’t wait to get back to it.

Day 15 - I still can’t walk properly 🙁, I can now get my heel flat on the floor but can’t put any weight on it.
It is starting to sink in just how much damage I have done to my muscle. The bruising is getting better.
No Zumba for a few more weeks yet.
More physio today 🙂

I’ve injured my leg and cannot stand or walk.

Zumba tonight - the impossible happened and I got a Taylor Swift ticket. Sadly I won’t be there tonight but hopefully KLC will have something in its place.
