Tonights class was Legs, Bums and Tums and there was a great turn out.

I decided to try something a bit different and new tonight., calling it the "Build Your Own Mystery Class".
■ I had the participants choose an exercise at random tbat was written on a folded peice of paper that I had prepared earlier.
■ From here they gathered the necessary equipment needed to performe there exercises.
■ They then performed there exercises for 60s and then went straight into 4 other exercises that I had written on the board. They did each of these for 30s each. The exercises consisted of:
- Squat Jumps
- Squat Hold
- Plank Uos
- Plank Hold
■ They all then had 1-2 minutes of rest where they also picked another exercise from the Mystery Box. This new exercise was then added to there workout so they now had 2 exercises lasting 60s followed by the other 4 exercises At 30s each.
■ They all completed a total of 5 rounds, with each person building there own workout which was designed to be focused on conditioning the lower body and core.
