he the body you want. As part of the Personal Training service I can advise and support you to improve your diet and boost the results of your training. Monday 4th/ Thursday 7th September at Fresh Dance and Arts Centre, Greenbank rd, Greenbank, Bristol.

~Beginner/Mixed ability
Mon & Thurs 6-7pm

~Intermediate/Advanced
Mon & Thurs 7.10-8.10pm.

The 7 weeks term is £77, payment in advance or £12.50 drop.
