Unfortunately, we have had to cancel Sunday's session @ Broad Plain due to a boxing club event. We do have the option - FOR ONE WEEK ONLY - to train at the Ambition Centre in Lawrence Weston from 09:00am to 10:30am.
IF YOU ARE UP FOR TRAINING THIS SUNDAY THEN PLEASE LET ME KNOW. NO DEMAND - NO SESSION

What a great night at #6

Keylan Kj Rhys-Lewis Stepping in the ring first showing off how skillful he really is.
His opponent was a very awkward & tuff lad closing KJ space, not giving him nothing.
KJ really needed to dig in deep to find the extra energy to get the best out of myself.
But he listened & executed the plan very well & picked up the unanimous decision win.

I couldn't ask for more.
What started as a good 50/50 bout
Callum fitness & skill set come on top in every round (i believe)
Holding himself back was his biggest downfall in the past, But we saw a different Callum last night the Callum i know he had inside taking a unanimous decision Win
That was Callum i warned you all about last post.
Callum have only just got started now 🥊

Jordan Howell The Tooth Fairy 🤣
Jordan is a Coaches dream student.
Always at class putting in 110% & always asking questions.
This was 100% Jordans biggest test not just taking on a hard hitting opponent but first time with a southpaw.
We drilled many times how to deal with a southpaw & it worked dream.
unanimous decision Win.. SUPER PROUD

So we had a session on Jabs.

● Range ● Power ● Speed ● Accuracy ● Timing ● Ladders ● Angles ● Head Movement ● Footwork
A punch what is underrated but is the most important in Boxing.
