Meet James 👋

Your Thursday night Strength Pilates instructor 💪

We are thrilled that people are already loving James’ Pilates sessions so we thought we’d introduce him properly.

James isn’t here for the usual “fluff.” He brings two decades of elite industry experience as a high-level Personal Trainer and an advanced Level 4 Mat Pilates Specialist.

His classes are built around raw mechanical tension, bulletproofing your joints, and building genuine structural strength.

If you want to unlock true core power, correct postural imbalances, and actively prevent injuries so you can lift heavier and move better in your daily life, this is your slot.

Is your ankle mobility affecting your running? 👟

Limited ankle mobility can impact everything from your stride length to how efficiently you absorb force with each step. If your ankles aren’t moving well, your body will often find compensation elsewhere – which can lead to discomfort, reduced performance, or increased injury risk over time.

This exercise combines a resistance band and kettlebell-assisted ankle mobilisation to help improve dorsiflexion (the ability to bring your knee forward over your toes), encouraging better movement mechanics for running, squats, lunges, and everyday activities.

✔️ Improve ankle mobility
✔️ Support better running mechanics
✔️ Reduce compensation through the knees and hips
✔️ Build a stronger foundation for movement
