Strength training: officially one of the best things you can do for your body! New research out this week found that 90 minutes to two hours of weight training per week cuts your risk of heart disease, stroke, and even dementia — significantly.
Just showing up regularly and lifting something heavy, even 45 minutes will have a powerful impact.
The women in our classes are already doing this. And they're doing it in an enjoyable environment, getting stronger, and feeling more in control of their bodies.
