If you think a 3-6 year old doesn’t have what it takes to go through the paces, ‘wow’ you with sporting skill, show stamina to do sets of sit ups/press ups/burpees etc. and show top level listening skills, think again!

These days, there is very little out there that offers kids the ‘real’ sense of achievement and ownership of reward, next to none which throw discipline, confidence building, respect and enjoyment into the mix. As parents we want to know they are going to be able to face the world with those qualities.
