Started with the run, then back to basics with some technical work 🧱.

Sometimes it’s the simple things that make the biggest difference. Building the foundations, sharpening the basics and putting the work in week after week ⚔️.

Luckily, the air con was working overtime and we had the gym sitting nicely at 17°C 🥵❄️
