The University of Bristol Kitesurfing Society offers a unique and thrilling opportunity to get involved with the fastest growing extreme sport in the UK

We welcome anyone and everyone, from the complete beginner to the experienced rider, so sign up and get involved! With trips to some of the best beaches for kitesurfing in Wales and the South West, a trip to Tarifa, Spain during the Easter vacation and affiliation with the Student Kitesurfing Association for inter-university events, there’s something for everyone. Hey guys… the time has come for our AGM! We would love to see you there! Our society has been there for budding and established kitesurfers and watersports enthusiasts for years, providing opportunities to students to take a break from their studies and get involved with a great community. Without the support from the committee, we would not have been able to get where we are today. BUKS is now looking for a new team on the committee to help maintain and grow this awesome society. If you are interested in helping, get making a PowerPoint/video (it’s very informal don’t stress lol) and apply through the link in the WhatsApp chat! Come and tell us why you would be a good fit next Thursday (WE NEED A NEW GEORGE!!!)… See you then!

Hello all, this Thursday we our indulging ourselves and will be enjoying a delicious cocktail night. You will be the bartenders, make the expert judges a delicious drink and you will win a prize. If it’s awful (Guinness and milk…) then you will succumb the the wrath of the Buks forfeit… DO NOT come empty handed, or we will provide you with our own drink (something to do with a plastic bottle from the floor of boomtown still full of tequila)… we will see you there our talented lot!!!
