Thank you for your support over the last 18 months, Myself and the BMF instructors have really enjoyed training you. We hope you can become a Clifton member and remain part of the BMF community.

'There is no health without mental health' -

Did you know that April has been National Stress Awareness Month?

It will come as no surprise that exercise can help relieve stress, boost your feel-good hormones and act as a distraction from the worries of daily life.
