GRG Extreme Halloween Special - Tuesday 28th October

Ok, let’s do it one more time. Join us this Tuesday for Indoor Cycling at 6:15 pm at Riverside Leisure Club for the GRG Extreme Halloween Special.

Non members are welcome, please call the club, 01454 888666, and book your place, for only £6.

But wait, there’s more, at 7:10 pm, we are going to run a second GRG Extreme Halloween Indoor Cycling Class for 30 mins. You can book this class, for FREE on the BookFit App.

Are you looking to improve your fitness, loose some weight or just looking to burn some calories, then why not try Indoor Cycling with GRG Extreme.

It’s a great way to reach your goals and complements other goals too, like running, strength training, not to mention how it can help towards outdoor cycling as well.

You’ll get a great workout and have fun at the same time, with a fantastic motivational instructor and friendly participants.

Never done it before, don’t worry, everyone who comes is so welcoming and helpful. You’ll be shown how to set the bike up, what commands to listen out for, but above all, just peddle, sweat and enjoy the ride with great music.

You can book using the Bookfit app, just search for ‘The Zone Health and Fitness’. Classes are just £6.50, but we are running some great offers at the moment. Buy a class card for just £30 and get 10 sessions, making that on £3.00 per class. That’s nuts!!
