Recently got invited to teach a private self defence class for the ladies working at Sweaty Betty in Bath.

With temperature getting warmer during summer months we are now selling Dynamic Martial Arts T shirts and shorts.

The t shirts are available in various colours. They are made with stay cool fabric which is very quick drying and keeps you comfortable and much cooler than regular cotton t shirts.

We also have the option of women's fit t shirts.

Shorts are available in white, blue and red for colour belt students. Black shorts are for black belt level students only.

Shorts with stripes are white with a black stripe or dark blue with light blue stripe for colour belt students. Black belt students have the option of black with a white stripe or black with a red stripe.

Adult size items prices

1 item will cost £20
2 items will cost £36
3 items will cost £54
4 items will cost £70

If you can please get your orders and payment in by July 28 at the latest.

Working on one of our recovery techniques. A quick way to recover from when an opponent slippes back out of range and you miss.

Unfortunately, due to a positive Covid test, I will be having to isolate for ten days. That means the classes on Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 will have to be cancelled.

Trowbridge Class Update

We have a new venue and day for the Trowbridge class. We are now at the Paxcroft Mead Community Centre. The classes will be reopening on Thursday 20 May.

Class times are

Children 6-7pm (class will end at 6.50pm at the moment to allow us to sanatise equipment for the next class.

Adults 7-8pm

Can't wait to see you all back training.

Bradford on Avon children's classes will re open on Wed April 14.

I'm still waiting for confirmation of numbers allowed etc and will update as soon as I know.

We will be resuming our classes from Monday 7th December. Adults class will be

7.45 to 8.35 Monday and Friday at Trowbridge.

7 to 7.50pm Wednesday in Bradford on Avon.

Our final class of the year will be Friday 18th of January.

The change on groups of no more than six will not apply to martial arts classes. So all classes are on from next week.

Trowbridge Adults Class Return

From Monday the 7th the Trowbridge class on Mondays and Fridays will return. There will be some changes to class placed on us by the school due to coronavirus.

The adults class will now start a little later. Class will start 7.45 and close at 8.40. This is due to cleaning restrictions placed on us.

If everyone can come please come to class already in uniform as we won't have much changing room access.

We won't be able to loan out gloves or safety equipment at the moment. So you will need to bring your own, or buy new ones from the club.

The school has required we email them everyone who attends for track and trace purposes.

Bradford on Avon class

We are starting back our regular Wednesday class tomorrow.

Children 6 to 7pm
Adults 7 to 8pm.

Currently our maximum capacity is 12 students. If you aren't usually from the boa class but want to train there please contact me in advance so that I can make sure we don't go over capacity.

On the kids classes in requesting parents stay in the hall in order to hold equipment for their children. This will allow us to do more activities without having to worry about social distancing.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again.
