Saturday Morning Famfit and Athletics We offer the opportunity for your children to learn about athletics run, jump and throw, whilst you Parents have their own progressive 12 week program.

Saturday Morning Athletics was started as a childrens project but has grown to include those parents that would sit and wait for their children to finish. Beginners welcome. Coached by UK Athletics qualified coaches.
