Please don’t forget we will be closed 09:00-18:00 on Friday 31st for essential maintenance worked being carried out.
Pool access will be 06:30-08:30 and will re open at 18:00
Gym access will be 06:30-09:00 and will re open at 18:00.
Please plan your workouts accordingly.

☀️ The heat is no joke right now! If you’re exercising make sure you’re taking extra care of yourself.
💧 Stay hydrated before, during, and after your workout.
🧢 Wear light, breathable clothing and protect yourself from the sun.
⏰ Exercise during the cooler parts of the day, such as early morning or evening.
🛑 Listen to your body and stop if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or unusually tired.
Your health comes first—there’s no shame in slowing down, shortening a workout, or moving it indoors when temperatures soar.

Please replace your weights after you have finished using them.
We know you’re training hard, and we appreciate your effort. We simply ask that you return all weights to their proper place when you’re done, so the gym stays tidy and safe for everyone.
