Welcome to ESC Kingsdown, Proudly managed by ELITE Sports UK offering a top-class sports and leisure facility featuring a fully equipped gym, spin studio, exercise studio, three squash courts, a four court sports hall, medical referals and more. Whether its working out independently or one to one with an instructor in the fitness suite, taking a spinning class or joining a group sport such as foot

ball, badminton or basketball in the hall, there is something for everyone. And with three squash courts there is no reason not to get active.
