Cables are in! Now onto building our cable attachment selection slowly 🕜

We have .grips.official and neutral grip handles, sling alongside all of your usual bits 👍

Coming soon is an EZ bar handle and a supinated close grip handle to maximise the biceps options we have! 💪

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 📢

I want to give a big shoutout to Jack who has made a blistering start to his fitness journey 🔥

He's already almost half a stone down since he began and is getting stronger and more confident with every session 💪

Whenever he trains, Jack doesn't hold back and leaves it all on the gym floor. He puts in 110% effort every time and gets stuck right in to whatever we do. Amazing stuff!👌
