I was also the South West regional fitness tutor and assessor for the Spirit Health Clubs chain. With my nutritional and fitness knowedge, I can motivate you to make that lifestyle change. I will help you to set three real

Last year, I set myself a big goal: run 2 marathons in 4 weeks — London and Edinburgh — all while raising money for the British Heart Foundation ❤️

It wasn’t easy. But with planning, preparation, and a clear “why,” I got it done. 💪

Goals give you direction. But it’s the action you take each day that turns them into achievements. Whatever you’re working toward — in fitness, health, or life — set a target, make a plan, and commit to the process.

Well here is your chance, Get Goin Fitness is now offering small group (approx 5 people) training in my studio in mangotsfield.

Sessions will be 45 minutes long to include fitness training, weigh ins and nutritional information and advice. All fitness abilities are welcome.

£6 per session or £40 (for 4 weeks) 2 sessions per week is recommended sessions must be pre booked (other terms and conditions apply)
Available Session times are:

Monday 10am
Tuesday 12pm
Wednesday 12pm
Thursday 11am
Friday 10am

For more information please contact me, spaces are limited. Babies welcome Tuesday and Thursdays. Starting from week commencing 18th October.
