This weekend I get to captain my country something dreams are made of!

A youthful, talented team with high expectations looking to live up to the reputation set down by those who represented previously.

The training week has been great, full of learning, bonding & banter. The only thing left to do is go out and play. Express ourselves, smiles on faces and bring the trophy home.

Do you want to test your 3rm? Need someone to spot you or help you reach new levels? It’s better when you share it with someone 😎

Testing should be done safely, form failure or technical failure is much safer then fatigue failure. Sometimes we just need someone there to let us know when we’ve hit the limit. Also when we can go further to reach the PB that’s been escaping us for weeks, months, years even.

All of these will allow you to be able to train on your own and maintain the high standards we set. A sustainable structure you can implement with confidence.

I don’t want to keep taking your money, I want you to learn, grow, understand and move on so I can help the next person along their fitness journey.

If you want to keep giving me your money…..I’ll take it 🤣 bills to pay and all that.

*** Reihana Rugby Camps ***

Summer is around the corner and we’ve been working hard planning camps. Dates will be released soon, keep an eye on page for info.

The camps are split into attack focus days and defence focus days. With individual skills and position specific skill segments. The main two drivers behind the camps are fun and development.

If all the kids, 1st timers & regulars enjoy the camp, improve their skills and leave with a few more friends then we will consider that a success.

Rugby has so much to offer that translates so much further then the pitch. Skills that will serve you well in all areas of life, it’s never to early or to late to start playing rugby.
