Dance Mums Dance Mums is a set of classes for fun physical, somatic and dance moves to get you back to shape while the babies making new friend and hang out.

Mums and Toddlers of Bedminster! Wouldn’t it be fantastic if you could combine the fun of a night out, a playdate for your toddler and getting your body back into one 45 minute session? DanceMums is a 45 minute fitness class that caters for your fitness, social life and your toddlers’ movement development in just one weekly session! Tomorrow I am starting my official new Pilates class and I am super excited!
If you are free and interested, join us at Backwell WI at 9:15am. We have a promotional offer for January avaliable. 4 sessions =£40. Drop ins are also available.

This is a mat Pilates class that’s perfect for all abilities and ages to build strength, improve flexibility, get energised and imorove your posture and core strength.

121 sessions with a progressive plan of workouts for 2025 are also availible for those who are not keen on a group session and prefer a different approach.

Open classes in January & April

Josh Ben-Tovim will be teaching at The Mount Without throughout January & February. Josh's class is a cocktail of contemporary dance techniques designed to create a fun, energetic and invigorating session filled with great music and positive vibes.

The class is suitable for all ages and abilities with exercises that can be tailored to suit your needs; whether you're looking to polish your technique or just enjoy the pleasure of moving.

January: 11, 16, 17, 26, 30, 31
February: 7, 9, 20, 21

9.30 - 11am
(Space available for warm up from 9 and cool down till 11.30)
