Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Chew Valley . Welcome to Chew Valley Brazilian Jiujitsu. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is mainly focused on the skill of controlling your opponent through force.

It’s an art that enables smaller people to regain control and dominance against a larger adversary using leverage and other techniques. We strive to help students get the most out of their training. For students with consistency and dedication, Jiu-Jitsu becomes a life-style and students can readily enjoy all the benefits Jiu-Jitsu or the “Gentle Art”. Our classes are open to any level of fitness

and age, our growing team in the Chew Valley area is led by a Gracie Barra Black Belt and consists of multiple Purple Belts, Blue Belts and White Belts, Adults and Children all enjoying their Jiu-Jitsu Journey.

We are currently offering one month's free introductory training! No need to book just turn up! West Harptree Memorial Hall Tuesday's and Thursday's. Kids: 430-530pm. Adults and teens 745-9pm. We cover self defence and do some MMA too. Feel free to contact us. It's great fun and excellent for all round fitness, weight loss and strength and conditioning for ALL ages! 👌👊🤙🙂
