Pickle Factory Fighters This is an non-profit inclusive martial arts club for us to come together to connect and train.

Conor (he/him), coach and founder, has been training in K1 kickboxing and Muay Thai for over 17 years and has been coaching for the last 7. He has trained and competed across the world from Myanmar to Germany and has medalled at many amateur international opens such as Worlds and Europeans. He is passionate about making martial arts more inclusive and helping people develop and grow through combat sports.

With so many gyms out there striving to be the toughest, we wanted to take a different approach—one that prioritizes both high-quality training and a welcoming, supportive environment. Our club values our:

Connection – Build and nurture safe, fun, and meaningful relationships with those around us.
Growth – Support skill development and personal progress for ourselves and our teammates.
Authenticity – Encourage and empower everyone to express themselves freely and confidently.
Equity – Treat others with the respect and fairness they deserve.

We want to build a martial arts club embedded in the community, that feels safe, inclusive, and welcoming to all. We especially want to welcome folks who may find it harder to access a traditional martial arts environment. All are welcome. The focus is on having fun, moving our bodies, supporting each other to learn, and connecting.
