Savage Tuesday is my brand-new Hyrox-inspired conditioning class designed to help you build fitness, endurance and confidence in a supportive small-group environment.

Expect:

If your routine has completely gone out the window this week - you’re not doing anything wrong.

We’re officially in that mid-week half term chaos where:
🤪 routines don’t really exist
🍦 snacks and easy meals are everywhere
🚗 days out take over the day
😴 everyone’s a bit more tired than usual
🥵 and honestly… we’re all just trying to survive this heatwave too

And that’s real life right now.

Instead of trying to “fix” the week or wait for Monday, just focus on the basics:
✔️ move your body when you can
✔️ get outside for some fresh air
✔️ drink your water
✔️ eat balanced meals where possible
✔️ stop trying to “make up for” anything

You do NOT need a perfect week to stay on track.

Half term, heatwaves, busy days, tired kids, disrupted routines… it’s all part of life.

Fitness shouldn’t only work when life is calm and structured - it has to work in the chaos too 🫶

POV: you finally find a class that makes you feel like 'you' again ♥️

Mum Fit was created to help mums feel stronger, more confident, and supported - without pressure, judgement, or feeling like you need to “bounce back”.

It’s a safe and welcoming space where you can bring your little ones along, train in a relaxed environment, and take some time for YOU ♥️

So many mums struggle to find somewhere they can actually work out with their baby - which is exactly why Mum Fit is so special.

Set in a beautiful countryside setting, it’s more than just a workout class. It’s a space to move your body, rebuild confidence, feel stronger physically and mentally, and connect with other mums who just get it.
