It was lovely to welcome the ladies from Somer Valley Tennis last week for an enjoyable evening of food, drink and fun, informal tennis. A great way to continue competitive tennis without the pressure of the league! Thanks for coming ladies, and we’re looking forward to next time!😃🎾☀️

CAMVALE Tennis Club and Pensford Tennis Club played a friendly match on Sunday, April 12. Men’s, ladies and mixed doubles matches were played throughout the afternoon in good spirits with an element of competition. Off court there was lots of socialising and refreshments provided. CARNVALE Tennis Club had to dodge the showers as they welcomed their friends from the Pensford club for a friendly match between the two clubs on Sunday, April 12.

BREAKING NEWS! Pensford Tennis Club Somerset is pleased to announce that Dan Bellamy is joining us as our new Head Coach. Dan is currently undertaking his LTA Level 3 coaching qualification which he is due to complete by the end of May. Alongside his full time job, he will start coaching with us after the school Easter holidays. From Tuesday 21st April he will initially be providing Tuesday evening coaching. Suggested groups are as follows:
6.30-7.30 pm for older Juniors (previously 4.45- 5.45). 7.30-8.30 pm for Adults (previously 6.45-7.45). Dan will also be starting a junior programme on Saturday mornings. We will publish more info soon. Dan’s coaching company is Bellamy TennisDevelopment. Please email Dan on [email protected] for any coaching queries you might have.
