Right now, we're dreaming of being back here basking in the sunshine with the cool of the water 🌞🥵

This could be you on Saturday 8th or Sunday 9th August on the Bristol Balloon Fiesta weekend! We're hosting our very popular annual collaboration with on the gorg Bristol harbouside 🏄‍♀️

You may also see the morning balloon ascent in the most perfect place to see it 🎈

Saturday is almost sold out so book fast 🏃‍♀️🏃

Only a few days left until our next Hypnobirthing Workshop on Sunday 29th June with Charlotte! ✨️

If you wanted to join the Hypnobirthing Workshop but it wasn't quite the right time for you, the next one is scheduled for the 20th September! 🌼

We loooove being able to come alongside all our mums to be and new mums through our pre and postnatal offerings!

We have so many- from nutrition workshops, baby massage, mother's massage, pregnancy yoga, pregnancy pilates and parent and baby yoga, pilates and barre! Even Mum's retreats! Wheewww so many things!

Thanks for entrusting us with such an important chapter in your lives 🐣🙏

These intimate 6-hour workshops are designed for just 5 pairs, creating a calm and supportive space to prepare for the emotional and practical aspects of birth together. 🐣

Ooeeee PARENTS.. we have a lil addition for you! Every Friday, a PARENT & BABY BARRE FLOW at 10.45am!! 💫 Starting next Friday!

A welcoming and supportive Barre class for parents and babies from 6–8 weeks postpartum, for babies to pre-crawlers.

Designed to help you gently rebuild strength, improve posture and reconnect with your body after birth, this class combines low-impact Barre exercises with elements of Pilates and functional movement. Together, we'll focus on stability, balance, core awareness and full-body strength in a way that feels safe, encouraging and enjoyable.

👶🏻 Babies are welcome exactly as they are. Whether they're feeding, sleeping, playing, crying or being cuddled, this is a relaxed and understanding space where parents can move, connect and support one another without pressure or judgement.

No previous Barre experience is needed, and all parents are warmly welcome. Expect a friendly atmosphere, uplifting movement and the opportunity to connect with other local parents.

☕️ Tea and biscuits are included after class, and you're invited to stay for a chat with your teacher and fellow parents before heading home.

Before attending, we kindly ask that you've had your postnatal check with your health visitor or GP and have been signed off to return to gentle exercise—usually around 6–8 weeks after birth, or 8–10 weeks following a caesarean birth. Your wellbeing is our priority, and we want you to feel safe, supported and confident as you return to movement.

Schedule Update❗️ From this Monday 15th June, Nell will be taking over our Monday morning 7.15am Sunrise Vinyasa 🌞🌅

We looove having Nell on our schedule, so we feel very excited to have her even more 💓

This means, very sadly, Jen will no longer be teaching this class - but fear not! Jen remains on our schedule on Wednesdays for the following..
🌟 4:45pm Hatha
🌟 6pm Vinyasa

Phew!

We have Sunrise Vinyasa classes on the following days:
