Sometimes at the summer social and sometimes at Xmas I like to do belt promotions. It’s a really special moment as the belts are so hard to come by, and awarding these belts with as many training partners to be with them in their moment makes it more special. It’s also really nice for the guys to share the moment with their partners and in some cases children, as they play a big part in it all too.

Fantastic turn out at the seminar today. Great techniques and great atmosphere all night. A huge congratulations to who’s our newest brown belt and a well deserved new black belt to who’s certainly paid his dues and gone about everything the right way. OSS

It was amazing to have the little ones and the teens back in today after the Christmas break. Looking forward to an awesome term of helping them all grow and develop both within their Bjj and beyond. The positive feedback we get from parents regarding their kids confidence, character, discipline etc is so flattering and humbling, I greatly appreciate the feedback and honestly think the kids help me as much as I help them.

Lovely start to Xmas eve! Can’t thank these guys enough for a great year and start to Xmas. We have loads planned for next year to keep upping the level at the club. None of it is possible without the members! Thank you, and Merry Christmas.
