Well done bud

This weekend, we travelled to Cardiff BMX Racing Club for their much-anticipated Regional Race.
The track is big, challenging, and boasts an excellent setup. The Cardiff team and all the volunteers did a fantastic job, proving they are more than capable of hosting a National race, no matter what the day throws their way. Great work, everyone!

Bristol Jets took 19 riders to the event, and there were some fantastic battles throughout the day. We finished with an impressive eight podium positions and enjoyed watching our coaches demonstrate their racing skills on track.
Sophie was racing out of the 8-metre hill with the Elite Women and finishing 2nd to receive some prize money, while Tom showed his grit and determination as he battled around the track alongside fellow clubmates Adam, Matt, and Lee Wilson. We were also delighted to have Adrian join us trackside with Oscar and Hannah.

The Bristol Beady Eye Rider of the Day was a difficult choice, as there were so many outstanding performances.
However, one rider stood out for giving absolutely everything.
Mac Findlay looked fast, smooth, and determined to secure a strong result. Mac has developed into a seasoned competitor on both the National and Regional circuits and can more than hold his own in a large and highly competitive category. In his final, he recorded both his fastest hill time and fastest lap time of the day, finishing in an excellent 2nd place.
Congratulations, Mac! We look forward to watching you battle it out at the Nationals.

A huge thank you to Sophie Ellwood, Ade, and Tom at The Racecraft Alliance for sponsoring our Rider of the Day award.

🚨 Help Our Team Get a New Tent 🚨

We’re raising funds to replace our team tent after our old one was damaged and is no longer reliable. The tent is a huge part of what we do — it gives our team shelter, a base to work from, and a place for everyone to come together during events and activities.

Right now, we need the support of our community to help us get back up and running with a safe, durable replacement. Every donation, no matter the size, gets us one step closer. If you can’t donate, sharing this post would mean just as much.

Please help us spread the word and support the team ❤️

Donate here: https://gofund.me/a78512d10

🙏 Please share this post to help us reach more people.

Thank you for backing us and helping make this happen! 🙌

Hey everyone, we need your help.

We’re in need of two new team gazebos after our old one — which was very generously donated — has sadly moved on to team tent heaven. ⛺💔

If you’re able to spare a few quid, any support would really help us out.

We’re incredibly lucky to have some amazing sponsors behind us, but as most of you know, money doesn’t go far in this sport and every bit of support makes a difference.

Thanks from all of us at BRE Racing 🏁

Round 4 of the British National Series

🌟 Super Izzy Moore on the 3-step again—another super strong day! That A Final win is coming, you can feel it… 3rd overall 👏

💪 Lawson Hitchings rode really well to make the quarter finals again, but with a super tough draw went out there. Strong riding all weekend—keep knocking on that door!

🤕 William Arnold sadly had an off early in the day but soldiered on. Went out after motos—heal up bud, onto the next one!
20” – 37th overall
24” – 22nd overall

🚀 Mac Findlay… what a weekend! On his first National, made it all the way to the B Final. After a huge crash in the semi took him from 4th, he still came back fighting. Look out Male 12s 👀 16th overall!

🔥 Ellie Moore—this kid is something else! After a crash in the Day 1 final and barely able to walk around the site, she digs deep, makes the A Final and never quits. 6th overall 💪

⚡ Dexter Moore—hell of a day! Riding the best we’ve seen in a while all weekend. Was on for his first ever semi-final but clipped it into the second corner. It’s coming! Get after it at Gosport 👊 22nd overall

💥 Eliza French—first berm warfare all day! Throwing down some serious moves in that first corner (sorry Summer 😅) and taking it all the way to 3rd overall. Mega ride!

🚴 Matthew Eaton did not stop all weekend—double biking and flying on his 24”! Took 3rd in the A Final, then backed it up by making the A on his 20” as well. Big effort and a lot of laps!
24” – 3rd overall 🥉
20” – 6th overall

So proud of every single one of you—massive improvements over the winter and it’s showing! 🙌
Big thanks to all the team riders and our non-riding team—you make it what it is ❤️

Round 3 of the British National Series at Glasgow BMX Track and the team absolutely delivered! 🔥🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

🔥 Izzy Moore took an incredible 2nd place, absolutely beasting it all day and showing serious speed from start to finish!

💪 Lawson Hitchings made it through to the quarters with a solid 4-7-4. Keep pushing bud, great work! .bmx.406

👏 William Arnold made it into the quarters on his 20” and just narrowly missed out on his 24” class. Strong riding all weekend!

🚀 Mac Findlay on his National debut looked like he belonged right up there with the top guys all through the motos and just missed out on the semi-finals. Huge ride and plenty more to come!

⚡ Ellie Moore… WOW! 3-1-7 in the motos, and that Moto 2 ride was hands down lap of the day! Bad start, then absolutely sliced through the pack to take the 1 spot 👏 Had a blip in Moto 3 but came back strong for the final. Sadly went down in the first corner, finishing 7th overall—but what a performance!

🔥 Dexter Moore was back this weekend with a tidy 2-6-3 in the motos, making it through to the quarters and going out in 7th. Strong riding all day!

💥 Eliza French—look out in that first corner! She was throwing big moves every lap, earning herself a spot in the A Final with a strong 2-3-4 in motos and an impressive 5th overall. Huge ride!

🚴 Matt Eaton went out after motos on his 20” with a 3-6-5, but bounced back with an awesome day on his 24” pulling in a 2-2-1 in motos, a solid 4th in the semi, and finishing 7th after a great battle with Grant in the final!

Proud of every rider this weekend. The hard work is showing and the team spirit is stronger than ever 💙

Now onto Round 4 today… let’s go again! 💪🔥

Good luck to everyone racing today 🍀
