www.bristolwestlfc.co.uk Bristol & West LFC are a ladies football team that play in the Gloucestershire County Women's Football League Division 1. The club is run by the players, for the players. We love meeting new people, and are always ready to welcome new players. Benefits of joining us include:

- Regular weekly training with FA qualified coaches
- A full programme of league and cup fixtures
- Great social side with regular events throughout the season
- Pre season tournaments
- Opportunities to get involved in the running of the club

A big opening game sees the Bristol & Best girls put on a brilliant team performance, but bow out of the FA Cup on penalties 💙

It was a game to be proud of as B&W kept pace with a young, fast Ross Juniors Women FC throughout. Both teams struggled to take a winner, each hitting the post and the crossbar in the second half.

Ultimately though Ross Juniors went through on penalties. We wish them all the best for their season and cup run 🏆 💙

It’s all change again this season as the teams for Gloucestershire County Division One are announced ⚽️

We’re pleased to see some familiar faces and excited for lots of new challenges too 🤩

As a club we’re sad to see so many teams folding between last season and this one - it’s a really challenging environment for the women’s game right now. We’re so grateful to everyone who makes leagues like ours happen 💙

⚽️ ⚽️ Bristol and West are launching their open summer 5s sessions, starting Wednesday 10th June ⚽️ ⚽️

This is a great opportunity to come down, meet the team and play football in a relaxed and fun environment. All welcome 🤗

First two sessions free. £3 a week after 🤑

We’ll run these sessions until early July, when we’ll get started with preseason training again 🔥

Last weekend saw the Bristol & Best girls take a big win in the league and an important 3 points 🔥 🔥

With only 11 available it was a tremendous effort. Shout out to Dott for playing her first full 90 with us superbly, and Sarah who stepped into goal last minute and kept us in it 💙
