New Job: Bristol
We are encouraged to consider ourselves to be ‘internationally available’ for our career progression,
AND it’s still very common to want to work within spitting distance of all the other things that are important to our lives:
Our families, our friends, and the communities we belong to — ALL influence where we want to locate our professional advancement
And, despite remote working, communication via Zoom et al. — still, I find many clients wish to stay relatively local
—there is nothing quite like being in the same physical space with colleagues without a ginormous commute.
In fact, I have seen this even more since COVID-19.
People in the city are really wedded to this City , and there are some very good reasons for that.
This city is absolutely BOOMING.

Bristol is a privileged city with significant levels of regeneration. Notable growth in the information and communications sector, closely followed by science and tech, means the opportunities for work in this city are and will continue to expand.
