The Safety Bar…

This bar is ideal for you if you struggle with back squats using a normal bar.

Set it up as you would, using the j pegs, so it’s at the height of your shoulders

Load the weight slowly - this bar is 25kg not your standard 15/20kg bar

Use the handles to push forward at the bottom of your squat, keeping your core tight
