New to yoga? This one’s for you. 🌿
Stiff in the mornings? Carrying tension in your shoulders? Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just a bit disconnected from yourself? Sometimes we know we need something, we’re just not sure where to start.
Our next Beginners Yoga Course starts on Monday at Bloom Yoga Bristol in Ashley Down, and it might be just what you’ve been looking for.
Over four weeks, we’ll gently guide you through the foundations of yoga: simple postures, breathing techniques, and ways to move with more ease and awareness in your body. No experience needed, no keeping up, just space to learn at your own pace in a small, friendly group.
This course is also a lovely option if you’ve tried yoga before but never quite felt confident, or if classes have always felt a little intimidating. We hear that a lot, and it’s exactly why we created this.
By the end of the four weeks, you’ll feel more at home in your body and mind and ready to join regular classes with confidence.

Your teacher: Kate has been practising yoga since she was 14 and has over 850 hours of training across movement, philosophy, meditation and mindfulness. She’s also an accredited coach with a background in wellbeing psychology — so she brings real warmth and understanding to everything she teaches. Expect to feel genuinely supported 🫶
