Yoga is for everyone. Drop in and pay what you can afford, from £5 to £16, no questions asked.

We also have a pay it forward option for those who can 🫶 A £20 pay it forward means the extra goes towards funding a free space in any Bloom class for someone in our community experiencing financial hardship. Our community helps to make this possible, thank you!

New to yoga? This one’s for you. 🌿

Stiff in the mornings? Carrying tension in your shoulders? Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just a bit disconnected from yourself? Sometimes we know we need something, we’re just not sure where to start.

Our next Beginners Yoga Course starts on Monday at Bloom Yoga Bristol in Ashley Down, and it might be just what you’ve been looking for.

Over four weeks, we’ll gently guide you through the foundations of yoga: simple postures, breathing techniques, and ways to move with more ease and awareness in your body. No experience needed, no keeping up, just space to learn at your own pace in a small, friendly group.

This course is also a lovely option if you’ve tried yoga before but never quite felt confident, or if classes have always felt a little intimidating. We hear that a lot, and it’s exactly why we created this.

By the end of the four weeks, you’ll feel more at home in your body and mind and ready to join regular classes with confidence.

Your teacher: Kate has been practising yoga since she was 14 and has over 850 hours of training across movement, philosophy, meditation and mindfulness. She’s also an accredited coach with a background in wellbeing psychology — so she brings real warmth and understanding to everything she teaches. Expect to feel genuinely supported 🫶

Our next Beginners Yoga Course begins on Monday!

Our 4-week beginners course is designed to gently guide you into yoga in a way that feels supportive, relaxed and completely judgement-free. No experience needed – just come as you are.

Over the four weeks, you’ll build confidence step by step. We’ll explore the foundations of yoga, including simple postures, breathing techniques and ways to move with more ease and awareness in your body. There’s plenty of space to ask questions, go at your own pace, and actually understand what you’re doing (rather than just trying to keep up).

This course is also perfect if you’ve tried yoga before but never quite felt confident, or if you’d simply like to feel more at ease in your body and in a class setting.

Expect a friendly, welcoming atmosphere where everyone is starting from a similar place. By the end of the course, you’ll feel more confident joining regular classes, with a deeper connection to your body and breath.

Shiatsu is an incredibly calming and restorative Japanese therapy that works along the body’s meridian pathways to support energetic balance, relieve pain, reduce stress, and support overall wellbeing. The treatment is fully clothed, and gentle pressure is used combined with stretches and joint mobilisations to support the flow of Ki (energy) in the body.

ACUPRESSURE MASSAGE

This multi-layered treatment incorporates deep tissue and Swedish massage with gentle stimulation of the Acupressure points, stretches, and joint-mobilisation techniques. This is a thorough and holistic treatment that begins with a detailed discussion of your individual needs and expectations for the session. Acupressure massage is a treatment for the mind as much as the physical body, and you can expect to leave feeling expertly cared for, relaxed and renewed.

The treatment is fully clothed, and Becca uses gentle pressure combined with stretches and joint mobilisations to support the flow of Ki (energy) in the body.

This is a wonderfully accessible treatment for all bodies, you can expect to leave feeling grounded, relaxed and cared for.

You can book Shiatsu (or Acupressure Massage) with Becca every Friday, between 9am - 6pm ✨

This week is Carers Week 🤍

And we want to take a moment to acknowledge everyone who shows up day in, day out — for someone else.

Caring can be a constant juggling act, often without a moment’s rest, and an isolating role in ways that aren’t always visible to others.

If that’s you, we’d love to welcome you to the studio.

This week (8—14 June), we’re offering any carer a completely free class — an hour on the mat that’s entirely yours.

And it doesn’t stop there. If you’re a carer, you’ll always receive 10% off all classes, memberships, massage, and events at Bloom. Always.

Don’t let not feeling “good enough” stop you from showing up.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or fit a certain mould to come to a class. Bloom is an inclusive and welcoming space where you show up exactly as you are — no comparison, judgment, or performance.

We’re here for the way movement makes you feel, for celebrating what your body CAN do rather than fixating on what it can’t.

We have a wide range of classes from restorative and slow flow to dynamic and playful — it’s a little like being a kid again, learning new things and moving just because it feels good.
