We had our first class yesterday just to the left of the vaulted Chambers.

It was a great pleasure to kick off the Baji Zhandao Bristol

This was due to begin in 2020 .....
But here we are 3 years later !

So if you always wanted to learn a martial art, keep fit ,improve energy and strength...or even if you think its not your thing ...you won't know till you try.

Bristol Friends ....!

The time has come. We will be starting classes in Castle Park Bristol.

I would like to get going next Wednesday 3rd May
6pm -8pm @ the band stand
£10 /2hours

Once i have 3 people interested i will set it in stone.

So if you ever wanted to start a martial art or dust of the cobwebs and restart now is thew time!

Who wants to train in kung-fu?
I have years of experience, and ooo so much passion for my art ready to share with you.

I am looking for ideas for venues to teach on Thursday evenings... Ideally with access to outdoor training.
Am still learning what is available in Bristol.
A bandstand in a park with late night access!
Sports club with access to training mats offering reasonable rates!
Church Hall with access to outdoor space!

What are we about ?

We aim to increase your energy with both Qi gong and martial arts.

I have studied martial arts and self defence for over 30 years, studying under many world class instructors in several different styles .

Reaching teacher level in kung-fu from master Chen Fushang in China ( 2016 )
Shindoshi (2022) Instructor in Bujinkan budo taijutisu
Having trained in taijutsu for nearly 30 years.
Traveling to both China and Japan to train under masters in both arts and many seminars with world class instructors.
I have also a basic knowledge of silat.

Also studying Kundalini meditation enhancing my energy work to new levels.

Again, this class will look increasing Qi for martial arts and personal development along with the Baji Zhandao system of kung-fu and Nei gong .
