Aerial hoop and aerial silks classes in Bristol, UK, taught by Nicole Pearson. Classes are held at Spin City or the Albany Centre.

Nicole is a former Cirque du Soleil performer with 23 years experience performing and 20 years experience teaching.

NEW! I now offer personal training for pole and aerial - 60 mins of strength and stretch tailored for pole and aerial arts. It is £50 for one hour and can be split by up to 3 people if you want to bring friends! So 1 person for £50, 2 people at £25 each, or 3 people at £16 each. Classes are on an ad hoc basis, so feel free to arrange a drop in, or book a few dates in a row. It's all very informal!

Personal training sessions will take place at and can take place in either the pole or aerial studio, depending on your preference.

I am a level 3 PT with over 25 years experience as an aerialist. I have performed in 2 cirque du soleil shows, for five royal families, for TV, galas, weddings and more. I also have XPOLE teacher training levels 1&2.
