Most beginners go to the gym without a plan or understanding the real reason they are there. What they want to work on, what they like (or what they donât like).
When everything feels unfamiliar and confusing, âjust going moreâ doesnât always work, because going more with the same sporadic plan isnât going to create confidence but probably more confusion.
What worked for Imogen was simplifying what she was already trying to do, helping her understand what was working and what wasnât. And more importantly, getting her to enjoy what she was doing rather than dreading every session.
Within weeks...

She was just...training as if it was nothing.
