Im posting as a dance memory I want to cherish … feeling beautiful, connecting to the music … feeling the emotions of the song .. feeling fully embodied & expressed 🌻

I have loved learning with you again, I appreciate how you curate choreography to make your students shine, focusing on what movement makes dancers feel good, encouraging us all the way and creating a space of empowerment ✨

That for me, is what dance is all about 🫶🏽

Hen do dancing season has been a fun ride and each summer I always like to reflect back and feel grateful🤍 I don’t feel I need to post every class as it’s for the group rather than for me …however I get a lot back from it …its been super fun instructing dance classes for over 13 groups across Bristol and Bath this summer 💕 … with a few more to go as the season starts to slow down ✨

I’m so glad dance gets to be a part of my life in this way — fitting it around everything else, while still getting to share in such special moments. 🌺

Lately my relationship with dance has been changing..✨

Less about performing, more about exploring the layers of who I am…feeling & expressing rather than perfecting, that is what I want to remember most from these dance videos … have fun.. be cheeky.. let go of perfectionism as hard as that can be sometimes 😅 or just make peace with that part of me! ☮️

Enjoy the process rather than just the end product 🌺 Bristol is a thriving dance city & am loving all this exploration right now ❤️
