Limitations

You know that you are not expected to have all of the answers, all of the time.

You need to love yourself, because self-love is important for you to be gentle with your yourself, as you are with others.

You shouldn’t doubt your possibilities or be uncertain about today or what will happen tomorrow.

Don’t block your beliefs, as you may not feel a connection to your life or your beliefs.

So be positive, when you have faith you in turn inspire you in your life and you are able to allow yourself to manifest unlimited possibilities.

So, remember to breathe…

You can handle anything, so let’s start the week in a positive tone.

Many of us hate Monday’s 😫, but believe it or not, Monday can actually be one of best days of the week 👍🏼.

If you start a new goal or project on a Monday, you’ll be more likely to actually continue taking action until it is concluded.

Monday’s are the days that we maintain progress and productivity of whatever goal or project we are doing to its completion 📈.

That’s not bad for a Monday start, isn’t it! 😉

Happy birthday to me! 🎉🎈

I am proudly 51 years old now, and I don’t feel like it! 😉

Another year has come to a close and a new one has begun; with wonder, excitement and new opportunities & challenges. 😊

Regardless of the continual aches, pains, fatigue as well as other issues like stress and anxiety, 😩everything else I am still grateful.

I am looking forward to this new year, that it be filled with laughter of friendship, love of family and life that I dream of. 😃💭😘

I am pleased that I have good friends and family all over the world, that are with me through thick and thin. 💜🥰💜

And even though birthdays are only once a year, I am blessed and thankful that I have friendships that mean so much, that only comes once in a lifetime that is constantly growing. 🎂

I am thankful that I have a beautiful life, an amazing family and proud to say that I’ve enjoyed it so far and look forward to many more remarkable memories with you all. 🙏🏽☺️

The month of May is going so fast.

We are basically two thirds through this month. The weather has improved so much, that we are so pleased to be blessed with glorious days with beautiful sunshine ☀️.

So let’s continue to enjoy the exciting; with it’s fair share of opportunities, challenges, trials and tribulations, and whatever else we are faced with during these crazy times.

When it comes to living with chronic health issues/conditions, it can make you tired… day in, day out.

Believe that your best accomplishments are yet to come. 😊
