It may not be the Christmas we all had planned however, I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and hope to be back on the mat teaching again next year.

With Gyms re opening in the upcoming weeks some fitness classes will be back up and running however, community venues have not yet been given the green light so sadly Kat Stretch Pilates will not be resuming for the moment.

Hopefully we will be back on the mat soon 🀍
