This weekend, Move Free CIC is proud to be part of two fantastic community events, bringing movement, culture and fun to our communities.
💙 Our mission is simple:
To make sport and physical activity affordable, accessible and inclusive for everyone.
📅 This Saturday, come and join us!
🎉 Taff's Love Festival
🕙 10:00 AM – Zumba to get everyone moving!
🥁 Followed by a Makulelê Workshop – come and have a go at this exciting Brazilian dance with sticks.
🤸♂️ Capoeira Performance in the afternoon.
We'll be around the festival all day, so if you see us, come and say hello!

🥁 Followed by Makulelê
💃 3:00 PM - Zumba for everyone, including a special Zumba Kids session!
Bring the whole family along and join in -there's something for everyone, whatever your age or ability.

Every penny raised will help support our young Capoeira students with the costs of their upcoming grading, helping families and ensuring every child has the opportunity to continue their journey.
And don't forget... our weekly Capoeira and Zumba classes are open to everyone! Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, meet new people or simply have fun, we'd love to welcome you.
