1 - 1 and small group Personal Training. Bootcamp group sessions at Clifton Downs Sea wall. All fitness levels welcome.

Classes run every Monday 7am, Tuesday 7pm, Thursday 7pm and Saturday at 10am.

Check out our 2023 bootcamp timetable ! I have added an extra session on a Thursday ! We now have 6 classes every week for you to choose from. January is looking like our busiest ever month ! Huge congratulations to these 3 bootcamp legends on winning the end of year awards ! 🏆🏆🏆

Jason won most improved bootcamper of the year. What an incredible transformation from when he started bootcamp in January. He has lost over 10kg and has put on plenty of muscle. His fitness level has improved enormously in every aspect. One of Jason’s goals was to break 60 min for 10k and he absolutely smashed this with a time of 52 minutes. He has been super consistent hitting 3/4 sessions every week and always giving 100%. Alongside the fitness he loves our bootcamp socials and always gets involved in the fun activities ! Well done Jason.

Simon won bootcampers bootcamper of the year. Two trophies in two years for Simon just about says it all about the guy. This time being voted by his team mates. Mr consistent hitting 4/5 sessions week in week out, always giving 100% at everything he does, super positive and always has a HUGE smile on his face even during the hardest of workouts. You won’t meet a more friendly and committed guy. To top it off he loves a beer and is a regular at our monthly social events. Well done !

Aly won coaches bootcamper of the year. The life and soul of bootcamp ! When she started she told me she was dragged along by her friend and thought she would only go once and never again ! Fast forward nearly 2 years and she wins the biggest prize ! She is super consistent hitting 4 sessions most weeks and always putting shift in. That’s when she isn’t gossiping with the girls 😂 Aly always brings such positivity to the sessions and always goes out of her way to make the new members feel welcome. She has taken huge strides with her fitness and definitely has a new found love to exercise! I refer to her as the botcamp social secretary as she is always planning fun socials for the team to go on ! It has been amazing watching her fitness progress ! Well done Aly 🤜

What an awesome bootcamp Christmas party last night 🎅

It was so much fun seeing everyone celebrating Xmas together and looking back on what has been an amazing year ! I’m so proud of what we have created and what’s to come in the future. 💯.

Our bootcamp community is full of such friendly, hard working and genuinely great people ! Thanks for being such a brilliant team ! Bring on 2023 for an even bigger & better year 🤝
