Sometimes you don’t want to lose weight for some huge, dramatic reason.
You just want your clothes to feel good again.
You want to pull your jeans on without having to breathe in to fasten them.
To put your bra on and not feel like it’s digging into you all day.
To wear a fitted top without immediately wondering if you need a cardigan over it.
To get dressed for a night out without trying on half your wardrobe and ending up back in the same “safe” outfit.
To stop buying things because they’ll hide your stomach… and start buying them because you actually LIKE them.
And maybe there are clothes sitting in your wardrobe right now that you keep telling yourself…
“I’ll wear that when I’ve lost some weight.”
That’s the stuff people don’t always talk about when they say they want to lose fat.
It’s not just wanting a smaller number on the scales.
It’s wanting to feel comfortable in your own clothes again.
To get dressed without overthinking your body.
To look in the mirror and actually like what you’ve put on.
And to feel a little bit more like you again.
If you’ve spent most of this year saying you’ll lose the weight “soon”, you don’t have to wait until another January to do something about it.
My 8-week group fat loss coaching is open now for women who want to lose fat in a way that can actually fit around real life.
Starts Monday 12th October 🙋♀️
DM me “XMAS” and I’ll send you all the details 🎄
