A weekend dance fitness session for ages 7 to 107! Suitable for all!

There will be loads of current popular music and some mega fun holiday feeling Latin beats!

We will be dancing in DISCO LIGHTS and UV LIGHT so wear your neon colours!!

There will be glow bracelets and the chance to decorate yourself with some UV crayons!

It’s a super fun bonding session for families and friends and a chance to feel fitter and happier!

When: Sunday 17th May
Time: 12 - 1pm
Where: Long Ashton Community Centre Village Hall

Whether you want to share your love for Zumba or you’re a newbie and want to find out what it’s all about?! This session is fully inclusive and suitable for all.

Bring your bestie, children, parents, other half, grandparents, work colleague! Anyone is welcome to join the weekend workout session full of Latin American and world wide pop, sounds and moves!

AND THE BONUS… we will dance in disco light!
