Last night’s Casino Night was such good fun — great vibes, plenty of laughs and amazing food. Huge shout‑out to Gareth Kenyon for the fantastic barbecue. We finished the evening with two presentations: celebrating Elliane’s brilliant performance at the European Championships in Slovenia, and presenting Cerys with her black belt certificate from the latest grading.

Congratulations to the 7 SWTKD students we took to the Welsh Open yesterday. Each delivered strong performances in highly competitive categories. We are proud of their efforts, with particular recognition to Ben Turner for achieving Best Overall Adult Male. 👏🏻🥇

South West Taekwondo Schools took 15 competitors to the Torbay Cup yesterday, returning with an impressive 19 medals across our two schools. We are equally proud of every student, regardless of results, as the day brought valuable learning and growth. The umpire team praised our students for their kindness, supportiveness and courtesy, with one receiving a special mention for exemplary behaviour. Their exemplary conduct carried greater significance than any medal and reflected the true character of our schools. Thank you to Torbay Taekwondo for putting on such a great event.
