I have the keys❤️ Been checking my phone all day, to get the news of the completion of the lease. My sister took the pick up of Bernie duty of my shoulders. Had 11 amazing clients in the current studio. Picked up the keys at 5 pm had a little dance in my kitchen. Had a bit of emotional cry, squeaked of happiness and now I am ready to panic about making it all happening until mid July🤩

My favourite pilates studio is where my favourite people are- my clients. And I hope my clients feel the same way❤️ Hence the change of the studio will only be an exciting thing. My first studio will be forever in my heart and let’s begin with I never thought I will have one at all. Without your continues support over 5 years this will not happen. But there are other people that made it happen at the first place thanks for who found this place and saw the opportunity for me to thrive in the room next to her she is my counsellor, my therapy and my friend. My husband without whom we would not have nicely framed mirrors, warmer winter due to windows being insulated and no towers attached. He is the one to make the new studio happen too. Thanks to Pam for all the support of advertising our business and lending us the premises. Thank you to my friends that instantly booked the minute my booking system was up and running. I am full of gratitude. And super excited about this massive shift in July❤️ some things go and some exciting ones come. Let it in.

When you open a Pilates studio and this is how your Sunday’s look like😂 the husband that never wanted Pilates business always works his overtime here😂 and children always loving to have a go on the reformer. What fascinates me Bernie always goes for footwork whenever he lays down. Isn’t it a proof of how awakening Pilates is for us nurturing those natural movements that once were in our bodies stimulated on a daily basis throughout the childhood and the slowly got impacted by the jobs we do and the hobbies we have and by aging. Embrace the footwork❤️ love the method❤️

Hold on tight💪🏻 big news are coming. I am super excited to share my new chapter with you and why June is a big month to me❤️ I am entering the new level of depth of the body movement and it is called Kinesiology. I will spend most of my summer months in London deepening my knowledge. And massive thank you to Ara and Alice for covering the days that I am away❤️ I will have an intense few months, handling kids, business and studies with a huge amount of new information, so if after 4 days in London when I catch last train and wake up next day for a double shift I will call your toes fingers my apologies😂 the rest will be as always kept to maximum standarts❤️

Lot’s of new exciting things to come this June/July. Also lot’s of things to let go❤️ from July we are shrinking from 4 to the team of 2 and what might feel like an uneasy let go for me, for Ara and Emily it is an amazing new chapter. Ara is moving countries and I am sure she will be keen to share as much as she wants with you. It was an amazing year of having Ara with us, cannot believe how quickly time goes. I wish her all the best in her new chapter. No Monday classes from July 21 st. Please make most of Ara and book her classes she will also cover me in June and July Tuesday’s ❤️ There was never a week of my clients not mentioning Ara, Emily or Alice and how amazing their body feel after their classes. I am beyond blessed to have such a high level Team and we will continue to keep the standards of highly qualified Teachers ❤️
