Another great week of developing at AD GYM ๐Ÿ“ˆ

This week we launched our Couch to HYROX Run Club ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Weโ€™ve seen some huge PBs in our strength classes with hip thrusts, chest press and B-stance RDLs moving well ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Members are getting closer to their first pull-ups, and weโ€™ve welcomed more new faces into our 6 Week Foundation Programme. Goals have been set โ€” now itโ€™s time for the coaching, consistency and hard work to help them achieve them ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ

Lift off for our next HYROX Simulation race - 12th July ๐Ÿš€
