Meeting new friends already!!

This is 'Mum' a subspecies of Seal, native to New Zealand - she was the first seal to give birth to a live pup on mainland NZ in 150 years!! They had stuck to the surrounding archipelago islands till then.

Let's hope conservation efforts can continue to keep native flora and fauna healthy and balanced. Cannot wait to check put what other secrets these Isles hold 🤔🤔🤔

Feeling very grateful for what my fitness journey has brought to me.

I am feeling so confident as a teacher now and ready to take New Zealand by storm!!

This group of ladies at Hengrove have been so inspiring and they have brought such good energy to the classes every single week! Thankyou all so much.

Big thanks to and for giving me the chance to develop and grow as an instructor

Huge shoutout to for letting me be part of the Carnival Fitness Family and teaching the awesome routines! I have learned a lot and it has been so much fun!!

Thankyou to each and everyone of my students who have danced with me at Hengrove and beyond and giving me such a great reception and keeping the magic of dance alive 💞💞💞

So it's not long now till I set off to New Zealand!!

I cannot wait for what's in store in the next few years - I plan to keep dancing, improve what skills I already have and make some new ones 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♂️🏄‍♂️

I would love to say a goodbye to my friends and dance students and will be hosting leaving drinks at The Fish Market in Bristol on 03rd September from 3pm pop along if you fancy it!!

What a fantastic class last night!! So much energy from the Carnival Crew!!

Am pleased to announce that for summer I will be taking over the Thursday morning 1030am Aerobics class 🙌🏼🙌🏼

From teaching my regular classes, covering Hen Do's and partying with some of the best friends- this weekend has reminded just how special life can be.
