🎄 CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS 🎄

To allow our coaches to spend time with friends and family we will be operating on holiday opening hours.

During the 9am - 2pm classes will run at 9am, 10am and 12:30pm with open gym available in between.

Coach will be opening our doors for 2hrs on Christmas Day so people who want to get some festive fitness in ; more importantly, people may be spending the day alone have an opportunity to come to a space with familiar faces.
