*Timetable Update and January Discount!*
Firstly Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all our students! Our classes restart on Monday 5th January with a few changes to the timetable. We have reduced classes quite significantly on Wednesday evenings, this is due to reduced numbers in classes. However, we have the flexibility to add classes once again if numbers start to pick up. We we also be starting a Beginners class once again in February, so watch this space! The new timetable is as follows:
Mondays
5.50pm- Inverting Upwards Pole Class (with Ruth)
A class for those comfortable with inverting and have a good basic knowledge of spins, climbs and seats. We will work through the Intermediate syllabus and progressions will be given for the more advanced students.
6.50pm- Mixed Ability Pole class (with Hannah)
A class suitable for all abilities, progressions and regressions will be offered to suit all levels.
Wednesdays
6.30pm- Mixed Ability Pole Class (with Bambi) AND Intermediate Pole Class (with George)
This class is split with 2 instructors to cater for all levels. Please book on early to secure your spot, if numbers start to increase we will add on another class at 7.30pm to open up more spaces.
*Please note, on 7th Jan this class will start at 7.15pm (instead of 6.30pm), due to the hall availability!*
Thursdays
Children's Pole and Pole Silks (term time only)
4.45pm-5.30pm, 5-8 year olds
5.30pm-6.30pm, 9-13 year olds
Fridays
6pm- Pole Practise
A chance to practise all what you have been working on in class.
We hope to run monthly workshops on a Friday evenings also, including Pole Silks, Spinny Pole, Heels, Doubles Pole etc- more information to follow!
